[eBay] 수수료(fee/invoice)가 잘못 부과 되었을 때 환불 받아본 경험

상황

1. eBay 에서 물품을 판매
2. 수취인의 부재로인해 며칠 우체국에서 보관되었다가 물품이 반송이 되었다.
3. 수취인은 물품을 받지 못했으니 환불해달라 요청
4. 배송비를 제외한 물품의 값을 환불 (구매자에게 물품대금 환불 방법 링크)
5. 환불을 했지만 ebay사이트에서는 정상거래로 되어 수수료(fee)가 발생한것 같음

paypal 만 보고서는 환불한 거래에 대한 수수료인지 아닌지 알기가 힘들어 ebay에 문의를 했다. (eBay에 메일로 문의하는 방법 링크)

 3.    Click the "Credits" link under your current balance. Credits appear with a minus sign.
